Dean T. Yamamoto
Mr. Yamamoto is the Managing Member of the Firm. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Washington University School of Engineering and Applied Science in 1987, and his Juris Doctor degree from Washington University School of Law in 1990.
Carlito P. Caliboso
Carlito P. Caliboso is a Member of the firm, and practices in the areas of energy, public utilities, telecommunications, regulatory, and finance law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii and the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawai‘i, and is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Jodi S. Yamamoto
Ms. Yamamoto practices in the areas of energy, regulatory, telecommunications, real estate, corporate, water rights and utilities law. Most recently, Ms. Yamamoto served as Vice President and General Counsel of Bishop Museum where she managed and addressed the Museum’s various legal needs.
Wil Yamamoto serves as Counsel to the firm, representing energy and real estate developers, and other commercial clients, with complex transactions, commercial agreements, and obtaining approvals from Hawaii regulators.
Jennifer Ontai practices in the areas of health care, corporate, and employee benefits law. Jennifer counsels a broad range of healthcare clients on a variety of regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.
Nathan T. Natori
Nathan T. Natori practices in the areas of real estate and project development, finance, corporate, healthcare, and public utilities law. Mr. Natori maintains his separate law practice, Natori Law Office, LLLC, and supports Yamamoto Caliboso Hetherington on select projects.
Laura D. Anderson
Ms. Anderson provides advice and counsel on health care regulatory compliance to hospitals, federally qualified health centers, physician group practices, and pharmacies in Hawaii.
