Michelle Ahn is Counsel to the firm, practicing in the areas of real estate, corporate, finance, energy, regulatory, and telecommunications law. Her experience includes complex commercial real estate transactions, real property tax, zoning, corporate, documentation, negotiation, intellectual property licensing, and toxic tort litigation. Ms. Dickinson received her J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, cum laude, and received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Connecticut. She is admitted to practice before the state courts in Hawaii, California, Connecticut, and New York, as well as before the U.S. District Court in Hawaii and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
